Prohibited items and services

Tools Market is a marketplace for digital gaming goods only. The following are strictly forbidden and are removed automatically, with the seller's account suspended:

• Drugs, prescription medication, and any controlled substance.
• Real-world weapons: firearms, ammunition, knives and blades as physical goods, explosives, or poisons. In-game weapon and knife skins are of course allowed.
• Stolen, hacked, or recovered accounts, and any account the seller does not lawfully own.
• Stolen payment cards, card data, personal data dumps, and money laundering.
• Forged documents, counterfeit currency, and fake identification.
• Malware, ransomware, cheats that damage other users, DDoS, phishing, and hacking services.
• Sexual services, any sexual content involving minors, and trafficking of people, organs, or protected wildlife.
• Gambling in any form: casino accounts and bonuses, betting accounts, bookmakers, lottery tickets, real-money poker, and "fixed match" tips.
• Adult content and accounts that exist to distribute it.
• Counterfeit and replica goods, and anything sold as a copy of a brand.
• Money transfer and "flipping" services, fake payment proofs, and anything that moves money on someone else's behalf.
• Investment schemes with promised or guaranteed returns, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, debt settlement, and credit repair.
• Signal jammers, IMEI changers, SIM boxes, and other telecom manipulation equipment.

Every listing and every edit is screened automatically before it goes live, in Arabic and English. Anything that looks like a real-world physical item is rejected. If you believe a listing was rejected by mistake, contact us below.

Terms of use

By using Tools Market you agree to buy and sell only what these policies allow, to describe your listings honestly, to deliver what you sold, and to keep all communication and payment on the platform. Payments are held in escrow and released to the seller once the buyer confirms delivery or after the automatic completion window passes. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Delivery

Everything sold here is digital, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping cost. Each listing shows the seller's delivery time before you buy, and that time is recorded on your order. Some listings deliver instantly: the code or link appears on your order page the moment the payment clears. The rest are delivered by hand by the seller, who is notified immediately.

• Your order page shows every step with a timestamp: paid, being delivered, delivered, completed.
• Large quantities may arrive in parts. The amount delivered so far is always shown.
• The money stays with us, not the seller, until you confirm you received the goods.
• If you do not confirm, a delivered order closes by itself after 72 hours.
• If the delivery time passes and nothing arrived, you can cancel or open a dispute from the order page.

Refunds, returns and cancellation

You are covered while the money is still in escrow, which is why we ask you never to pay outside the site. A refund returns the full amount you paid, including the service fee, to your Tools Market wallet, from where you can spend it or withdraw it.

• Not delivered, delivered late, or not what the listing described: open a dispute from the order page before the order completes, and you get a full refund if we agree with you.
• Changed your mind before delivery: request a cancellation from the order page. The seller can accept, and we step in if they do not answer.
• Digital goods cannot be "returned" once they work — a redeemed code or a delivered account has already been used. That is why the escrow window exists: check the goods before you confirm.
• After you confirm delivery, or after the 72-hour automatic completion, the payment is released to the seller and the order can no longer be refunded.
• We decide disputes on the order timeline and your on-site chat, so keep the whole conversation here.

Prices and currency

Every price on this site is set and charged in US dollars (USD). The currency selector in the header converts prices for display only, using an indicative rate — it is not the rate you are charged at. Your order, your invoice and your wallet are all in USD, and if you pay with a card or a bank your own provider applies its own exchange rate and may add its own fee.

• The item price, the service fee and the total are all shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Nothing is charged on a schedule. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals — you pay once, per order.
• Some listings are priced per unit with quantity discounts. The unit price that applies to your quantity is shown before you add it to the cart.

Privacy

We store the account details you give us (username, email, country), your orders, your messages with other users, and your wallet balance. We use them to run the marketplace, resolve disputes, and screen listings. We do not sell your data. You can edit your profile or ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings.

Payment security

The whole site is served over HTTPS. Payment card details are never entered on Tools Market, never pass through our servers and are never stored by us: payments are settled by our payment provider on their own hosted page, and we only receive a signed confirmation that a payment succeeded. Your account password is stored only as a salted hash that cannot be reversed, and identity documents submitted for seller verification stay with our verification provider and are never copied into our database.

• Sessions expire on their own, and you can sign out of the current one at any time.
• Sign-in attempts and payment actions are rate limited to slow down anyone guessing a password.
• We will never ask you for your password, your card details or a verification code in chat. Nobody from Tools Market needs them.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for your language, theme, and cart. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

Fees

Listing is free. A commission of 8% is deducted from the sale when an order completes and the payment is released to the seller. Buyers pay no extra fee. Withdrawals are paid out in crypto.

Current promotion

• The promotion applies to sellers only. It does not change what a buyer pays.
• The rate is fixed onto each order at the moment the buyer pays, so an order placed during the promotion keeps its rate after the promotion ends.
• No code and no sign-up is needed: it applies automatically to every seller.
• Withdrawal fees are separate and are not waived.
• We may end the promotion early, but never retroactively — orders already placed keep the rate they were charged.

Regional and legal restrictions

Some listings are limited to, or excluded from, certain countries — usually because the seller's supplier is region-locked. Any such limit is shown on the listing before you buy, and an order that breaks it can be cancelled and refunded.

• You are responsible for whether buying or selling a given item is lawful where you are, and for any tax you owe there.
• We do not knowingly deal with anyone subject to international sanctions, and we may refuse or reverse an order for that reason.
• Many of the goods here are governed by the terms of the platform that issued them. Those terms are between you and that platform, and we cannot override them.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 18, to sell here.

Trading safely

• Never pay outside the platform. Payments made off-site are not protected by escrow.
• Keep the whole conversation in the on-site chat — it is the evidence we use in a dispute.
• Check the seller's level, rating, and completion rate before a large order.
• Only confirm delivery after you have actually received and checked the goods.
• Report any listing that looks illegal or fraudulent with the Report button on the listing page.

Disputes and refunds

If an order is not delivered on time or is not what was described, open a dispute from the order page before it completes. The payment stays in escrow while we review the order timeline and your chat history, and it is then released to the seller or refunded to the buyer. A buyer can also request a cancellation while an order is still waiting for delivery.
